Terms of Service

The rules of the H2Home water delivery service. Don't worry, they're pretty reasonable (and we tried to make them fun to read).

Welcome to the H2Home Family

By using H2Home, you're agreeing to these terms. Think of it as joining our water delivery family - we're all here to make sure you never run out of premium water and never have to fight traffic or carry heavy cases again.

If you don't agree with these terms, that's okay! But you won't be able to use our service. No hard feelings - we'll still be here if you change your mind.

What H2Home Does (Our Promise)

We provide a water delivery subscription service that:

  • Delivers premium water brands to your door automatically
  • Handles delivery scheduling based on your preferences
  • Carries your water upstairs (no heavy lifting required)
  • Offers a variety of premium water options (Fiji, Essentia, S.Pellegrino, Liquid Death, and more)
  • Eliminates the need to fight traffic, find parking, or make last-minute store runs

We'll do our best to deliver your water on time, but we're not responsible for weather delays, delivery address issues, or if aliens intercept our delivery trucks.

Your Responsibilities (The Good Citizen Rules)

As a member of the H2Home community, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery address and contact information (we can't deliver if we can't find you)
  • Keep your account secure and don't share your login details
  • Ensure someone is available to receive deliveries or provide secure delivery instructions
  • Notify us of any address changes or delivery preferences in advance
  • Be respectful in any communications with our support team and delivery personnel
  • Not try to hack, break, or reverse-engineer our service
  • Use the service for legitimate water delivery purposes only
Billing & Subscriptions (The Money Talk)

Here's how our billing works:

  • Subscriptions are billed per delivery based on your selected water type and quantity
  • Delivery frequency is customizable based on your consumption needs
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for undelivered or damaged products
  • Pricing varies by water brand and package size

We'll always notify you before your subscription renews and before each delivery. Transparency is important to us!

Service Availability (The Reality Check)

We work hard to keep H2Home deliveries running smoothly, but sometimes things happen:

  • Scheduled maintenance or delivery route adjustments (we'll give you advance notice)
  • Unexpected weather conditions or delivery delays (we'll communicate with you)
  • Supply chain issues or product availability (we'll offer alternatives when possible)
  • Acts of nature, traffic conditions, or other forces beyond our control
  • Delivery address access issues (gated communities, locked buildings, etc.)

While we can't guarantee perfect delivery conditions, we can guarantee we'll always communicate with you and work to resolve any issues quickly.

Account Termination

You can cancel your subscription and delete your account anytime. We can also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, but we'll always try to work things out first.

If your account is terminated, you'll lose access to your subscription and delivery history. Any pending deliveries will be cancelled, and you'll be responsible for any outstanding charges. Make sure to cancel any upcoming deliveries before closing your account!

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. When we do, we'll:

  • Notify you via email or in-app notification
  • Give you time to review the changes
  • Update the "Last updated" date at the top

Continued use of H2Home after changes means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree with the changes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
