By using H2Home, you're agreeing to these terms. Think of it as joining our water delivery family - we're all here to make sure you never run out of premium water and never have to fight traffic or carry heavy cases again.
If you don't agree with these terms, that's okay! But you won't be able to use our service. No hard feelings - we'll still be here if you change your mind.
We provide a water delivery subscription service that:
We'll do our best to deliver your water on time, but we're not responsible for weather delays, delivery address issues, or if aliens intercept our delivery trucks.

We work hard to keep H2Home deliveries running smoothly, but sometimes things happen:
While we can't guarantee perfect delivery conditions, we can guarantee we'll always communicate with you and work to resolve any issues quickly.
You can cancel your subscription and delete your account anytime. We can also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, but we'll always try to work things out first.
If your account is terminated, you'll lose access to your subscription and delivery history. Any pending deliveries will be cancelled, and you'll be responsible for any outstanding charges. Make sure to cancel any upcoming deliveries before closing your account!
We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. When we do, we'll:
Continued use of H2Home after changes means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree with the changes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
